Return policy

To withdraw from the purchase must communicate this will no later than 5 days after receipt of the purchased products. Notification should be made by email to bautique@rossobarboncino.it specifying in the subject line the nr. OF ORDER. The communication should specify the products purchased and the desire to withdraw from the purchase whatever the reason. We will respond by e-mail giving authorization to return the goods exclusively with a voucher to spend on the online shop, equal in value to the amount spent excluding shipping costs. The address of the location to which to ship the goods exclusively by express courier is given at the bottom of the page.

Together with the sending of the will of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to send by express courier and at his own expense, within 5 days of the communication, the goods at our premises as it has reached him that is, absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (tags, envelopes and packages), arranging it in adequate packaging so as to ensure its integrity during transport. The Customer must place inside the package a sheet with his/her name and order number and a request for the issuance of a voucher or replacement product.

Failure to comply with these principles makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable. Within 5 days of receipt of the official notice and the goods BAUTIQUE will make the issuance of the shopping voucher that will be sent to the customer’s email. The only expense to be borne by the customer, to make use of the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost of transporting the goods to our premises. For any subsequent requests for return for the same order/item will be borne by the Customer the shipping costs for the return and redelivery. The goods travel at the Customer’s risk. Therefore, in case of loss of the package, subject to withdrawal, BAUTIQUE will not be obliged to refund.In case of damage to the goods during transport, BAUTIQUE will notify the Customer, to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain a refund. The product will then be made available to the Client, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. BAUTIQUE will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or otherwise in dependence of the shipment for return.

In any case, the Client shall forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where BAUTIQUE determines that:

  • the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
  • the product is missing its original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, BAUTIQUE will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.

GOODS CHANGE.

The address of the location to which to ship the goods exclusively by express courier is given at the bottom of the page. The Customer is obliged to send by express courier and at his own expense, within 5 days of the communication, the goods at our premises as they have reached him i.e. absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (tags, envelopes and packages), arranging it in adequate packaging so as to ensure its integrity during transport.

BAUTIQUE allows you to exchange purchased merchandise ONLY under the following conditions:

  • In case of defective goods (the item will be replaced with the same item ordered);
  • in case an incorrect size has been ordered (replacement will be made with the same item ordered in the new size indicated, valid only for products not on sale at no additional charge);
  • In case the item received is totally different from the one ordered.

They will not be accepted for replacement and returns:

  • Items without original packaging which must also be in perfect condition ;
  • Worn or washed items ;
  • Items damaged due to improper treatment by the Client;
  • Items shipped back COD or freight collect;
  • Items on sale/offer and/or belonging to the “Outlet” section;
  • Items to which the attached tags have been removed;
  • Items that have undergone modifications or interventions of any kind.
